Additionally, it would be highly preferable if your pop-up does not require access to electricity, or alternatively, if you are able to supply your own power source. However, in certain exceptional cases, we can arrange for the provision of electricity at an additional cost.
Participants are kindly requested to ensure that they come fully prepared with their own complete setup, which should include easy-ups, ez-up weights, tables, and any other necessary equipment.
